Baking has been a lifelong passion of mine, starting when I was just 12 years old. Over the years, I’ve been on a quest to create the perfect blueberry muffin—the kind that’s worth every single bite. I’d often see beautiful muffins, only to be let down by the taste and barely any blueberries. If I’m going to enjoy a treat, it has to be something truly exceptional, something with no regrets. When we opened our hotel, I wanted food to play a big role in creating unforgettable memories for our guests. After many trials (and errors!), I perfected a blueberry muffin that everyone fell in love with. Guests rave about the muffins, and the response has been nothing short of amazing—some even call it an experience like no other! Now, we’re excited to share these muffins with everyone, not just our guests.
